Overview of the role

As Product Lead, you will be working with Vanarama’s delivery teams and the wider business to define, scope, plan and support the execution of e-commerce software products and systems.

You'll work with engineers and designers to manage the backlog of activity, identifying opportunities to optimise the performance of products in life. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, you'll analyse data and user feedback to optimise product performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversight of Vanarama’s e-commerce products

• Developing and documenting product requirements, interfacing with business stakeholders and business analysts

• Managing the product backlog and prioritising product needs, identifying, and supporting the team to manage around product constraints

• Identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to improve customer experience

• Documenting and refining user stories with the team

• Creating roadmaps and delivery plans

• Working with senior stakeholders to develop and communicate the product vision

About you

• Experience of product ownership in an agile environment

• CSPO qualified

• Experience in product management or business analysis

• Experience of scrum and Kanban management tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar

• In depth knowledge of agile software development ways of working

• Excellent communication skills, especially with customers and leadership

• Continuous problem-solving ability

• Growth mindset

• Knowledge of vehicle leasing and e-commerce an advantage
