Overview of the role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team who is able to research and reproduce accurate vehicle information at scale in an easy-to-understand format for our customers.

As a member of the Product & Procurement Team, you will assist the Product Manager to maintain the accuracy of the latest top offers across our website.

You will be required to work closely with the Product Manager, Procurement Team, Stock Manager, and Pricing Team to ensure all vehicle data and deals are loaded. The role will involve, editing and auditing technical product information, FAQs and supporting content as well as making sure it’s displayed fully and logically in the customer journey, so our customers have all the information they need to make an informed decision.

You’ll need to have a good writing style, impeccable grammar and the ability to work at pace independently as well as accuracy and speed to support achievement of lead to deal conversion and sales targets. All whilst providing our sector leading customer experience.

This exciting role will be helping to provide a crucial link between key departments in the business - Sales, Pricing, Procurement and Marketing, and this individual will have opportunity to suggest improvements between these departments at regular meetings.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and accuracy of all details on our Vehicle Product Pages.

• Ensure all stock is displayed in correct order, with accurate specifications and details for all vehicles across our site

• Accurately and prioritise committed stock deals accordingly.

• Arrange demos for static presentations to Sales Teams, liaising with Marketing accordingly.

• Involvement with Website Customer UX improvements.

• Complete daily and weekly checks for non-automated functions.

• Assist with the communication of new deal launches to Sales and relevant parties.

• Keep brochures, video links and MY (Model Year) images up to date.

• Reporting incorrect content quickly to the Product Manager and replacing with correct content.

• To assist with ongoing projects to make it even easier for our staff and customers sell all vehicles.

• Regular audits of vehicle content across our website checking all copy is accurate and occasionally auditing imagery, details, price, brochures etc.

About you

• Previous experience of working in an environment where a sense of urgency with the ability to see issues through to completion was required.

• Previous experience of a role where excellent attention to detail is required.

• Ability to research and reproduce accurate vehicle information at scale in an easy-to-understand format for customers.

• Be an intermediate Excel user with ability to manipulate large amounts of data, use VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, and comfortable with other business systems.

• A keen eye for detail when it comes to facts, grammar and styling.

• Highly organised with effective time management skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player independently.

• Process driven yet ability to think outside the box with the customer at the forefront.

• Positive and enthusiastic, demonstrating a “can do” attitude.

• It is advantageous if you have previous Sales or Marketing (in a Sales environment) experience.
