Overview of the role

This exciting opportunity is to cover maternity leave

Too accurately process vehicle orders allocated to your work queue. You will work with customers to help them understand our processes and move them onto the next stage of the delivery. You will ensure the funders criteria is met before moving the vehicle onto the logistics team. As a member of our Order Process team, you'll be part of a driven team who are determined to produce fantastic results daily, both collectively and individually.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Working with our main funders to ensure the correct contracts are in place ready for signing, you will follow all funder requirements throughout the process

• Working with dealers to make sure the estimated delivery date agreed has been signed off, you will refer any changes in dates onto the salesman and customer

• Process a minimum of 300 orders per month and work with your team leader and team to ensure 100% accuracy

• Working towards the team & individual targets set by your line manager/team leader

• Relationship building with external & internal customers

• Flexibility to cross train across different roles within the Operations department

About you

• Professional and authoritative telephone manner

• Excellent attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in an administration/number’s role

• The ability to build relationships with customers, internal staff, and external suppliers quickly and effectively

• The ability to demonstrate empathy with customers and show a clear understanding of their needs

• Ability to work as part of a focused and determined team

• The ability to work under pressure
